Sport Inclusion NSW & ACT is operated by 4titude and is committed to protecting the privacy of the people we work with. We collect and handle personal information only as needed to deliver our services, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site. This helps us improve the pages that matter most to families, carers and schools. Analytics only load after you give consent — if you decline, no data is collected and no cookies are set.
What is collected:
- Page views and navigation patterns
- General geographic region (state or country level — not precise location)
- Device type (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Traffic source (e.g. search, direct, social media)
- Session length and time on page
What is not collected:
- Personally identifiable information (no names, email addresses or contact details via analytics)
- Precise location
- Cross-site tracking or behavioural profiles
- Sensitive category data
IP anonymisation: We have enabled IP anonymisation in GA4, which means your IP address is truncated before it is stored. Google does not receive your full IP address.
Data retention: Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the Google Analytics 4 default). Data is processed by Google LLC under their Privacy Policy.
Your consent: When you first visit the site, a banner asks for your preference before any analytics load. You can update your choice at any time using the “Update cookie preferences” link in the site footer.
Opting out: In addition to the on-site preference link, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or adjust tracking settings in your browser.
Get Started form submissions
When you submit the Get Started form on this website, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number (if you choose to provide it)
- Your area of interest and the message you write
Why we collect it: To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or support you've requested.
Where it's stored: Submissions are stored securely in Supabase (Sydney data centre, AWS ap-southeast-2 region). We use this data only to respond to you and do not share it with third parties.
How long we keep it: Until manually deleted by our team, or 3 years from the date of submission — whichever comes first.
Who has access: Sport Inclusion NSW & ACT team members at 4titude, via secure admin access only.
Your rights: You can request deletion of your submission or a copy of the data we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@sportinclusionnsw.com.au.
Marketing emails
If you opt in when submitting a form on this site, we use MailerLite (a third-party email marketing service) to send you occasional updates about programmes, events and news. You can unsubscribe from any of these emails using the link at the bottom of the email — no need to contact us.
MailerLite stores your email address, name, and any information you provided in the form. See MailerLite's privacy policy for their data handling practices.
